This private cozy Cottage is located one block from the Fairgrounds in Esplanade Ridge. This classic southern cottage is walking distance to delicious bakeries, restaurants, The beautiful Bayou St. John, New Orleans Museum of Art, City Park, The Sculpture garden, and a block from the Race Course. The French Quarter / Downtown is just a quick 9 minute drive, Uptown is 15 Minutes, the Marigny is 7 minutes, and the Bywater is 12 Minutes away. 

 

I have created a book of recommendations for restaurants, Galleries, Bars, and entertainment throughout the entire city so you can enjoy New Orleans to the fullest.
